Particular topics to be covered will include: record-keeping preparation of Children Act statements Preparation of Care Plans The Court process Conduct at court when not giving evidence evidence in chief cross examination During the course of the discussion, reference will be made to worked examples details of which will be sent out to attendees in advance of the course.
